Regular, scheduled maintenance on your machine
Planned maintenance is more for preventative measure. Our technicians do a 85-point inspection to make sure the machine is up to safety standards, in addition to looking for possible problems that could cause unplanned downtime and costly repairs. This package typically includes the cost of labor. It does not cover fork lift parts such as tires, wheels, or repairs from misuse.
Guaranteed or Full maintenance handles the breakdown repairs, parts, and labor. Monthly installments are set up through our service writers. Loaner/rental equipment is also available. Technicians are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a maximum wait time of 4 hours, to diagnose your machine’s problems.
